Who doesnt like an elven king?

This is my idea of how Thranduil should be. Inspired by the Hobbit book. Different concept from new Peter Jackson's movie.

It was fun to paint. Elves rule!! ;P

The details are fantastic! I don't really know what to make of Thranduil yet. He is very mysterious. I can't really tell if I like him or not yet. I think you did a great job on the artwork either way :D

Oh cool, always imagined him (and his son) brown-haired since I read the book as a teen ! (and far before the movies came out)

Nice one) but his hair should be golden anyway) as his hair discribed in the Hobbit. Almost all of them were blonde)
